Regular Full‑Time, St. Paul, MN, US Application Deadline: 05/29/2026 Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 Annually Duties The Wilder Foundation Outpatient Team is recruiting a Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or Master's Level LP) or practitioner working towards licensure (clinical supervision provided). This individual will provide individual, group, and/or family therapy as well as assessments, and will be part of a multidisciplinary team implementing a new and innovative way of delivering mental health services. As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), we ensure timely access to high‑quality, coordinated mental health services. Participants served come from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Bilingual in Hmong and English is required. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with children/youth and their families as well as adults. Candidates must maintain clinical, billing and other required documentation per agency guidelines. Full‑time or part‑time hours available, Monday‑Friday. Job Qualifications Licensed Mental Health Professional/Practitioner required – Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Counseling. Social Work practitioners must have LGSW. Preferred 2 years of related mental health assessment/therapy experience with children diagnosed as ED/SED, adults with SPMI and their families. Training and demonstrated experience in trauma‑informed treatments and suicide risk assessment best practices required.
