Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Offer crisis intervention strategies, including the formulation of pre-crisis and crisis management plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.
\n
• Complete documentation accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client needs and track progress, in collaboration with the clinical team.
\n
• Contribute to the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans that foster client success.
\n
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, adhering to best practices and ethical standards.
\n
• Serve as a key liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to ensure comprehensive support.
\n
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to uphold contract standards and promote the mission of Elevated Healing Place Healthcare.
\n
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to expand resources and funding opportunities.
\n
• Pursue ongoing professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and meetings to enhance expertise and represent the clinic in community settings.

• Embody and promote the agency’s mission, values, and principles in all interactions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to further organizational objectives.

Qualifications\n
