Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring thorough documentation that meets all regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create impactful behavioral support strategies, crisis intervention tools, and medication treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based screening instruments to gauge the mental health status of clients, contributing to informed clinical decision-making.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the quality of our services.

• Act as a liaison for clients to connect with relevant services, governmental entities, and community partners, broadening the spectrum of care available to them.

• Forge relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to promote our programs and uncover funding opportunities for future initiatives.

• Complete any other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, ensuring a supportive and cohesive team environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients experiencing emotional and psychological disorders. This includes individuals struggling with substance use, those with developmental challenges, and clients dealing with the complexities of acquired brain injuries. Every client has unique needs, and your role will focus on providing empathetic support and expert guidance to facilitate their path to recovery and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent LMHC license is mandatory; candidates currently licensed in another state are encouraged to apply as we will cover the expenses for obtaining licensure in Washington.
