Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor within our community health clinic, you will primarily serve individuals and families who have limited access to mental health services. These clients may be facing a variety of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in helping these individuals navigate their mental health journeys and achieve meaningful improvements in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice insurance coverage, and support with client billing and documentation to reduce administrative burdens.
