Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LPC, you will be responsible for:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that promote connection, shared experiences, and learning among clients, helping them navigate their mental health journeys together.

• Conducting individual therapy sessions, where you will provide personalized, empathetic counseling, exploring clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and developing tailored coping strategies and action plans.

• Collaborating with clients to craft individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that align with their specific needs and preferences.

• Monitoring client progress through various assessment tools and feedback methods, ensuring that interventions are effective and relevant to their goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with young adults aged 18 to 30, who are enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic often faces unique challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and transitional life issues. Your role will be pivotal in providing them with the skills and resources necessary to overcome their obstacles, build resilience, and foster independence.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, along with a valid LPC license. A strong foundational understanding of mental health principles and therapeutic techniques is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience working in outpatient settings, particularly with young adults in crisis, will be advantageous. Familiarity with evidence-based therapy modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is highly desired. Experience in a telehealth environment is also a plus.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting the importance of your role within our organization.
