Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to create individualized therapy plans tailored to their specific mental health needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate positive therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that complies with both legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring that all client interactions are thoroughly recorded in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate client care effectively and ensure comprehensive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving diverse client populations, including individuals and families affected by mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
