Work Environment\n

This full-time position utilizes a remote work setting, accommodating the needs of both our therapists and clients while maintaining a high standard of service delivery. Team members participate in regular virtual meetings and engage in continuous professional development, ensuring everyone remains connected and informed within our practice's goals and values. Our outpatient office in West Linn allows for additional collaboration opportunities as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that cater to the psychological and emotional needs of clients.

• Deliver insightful counseling and therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) both for individuals and couples.
\n
• Document and maintain accurate client records in compliance with state regulations, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical guidelines.
\n
• Facilitate treatment for clients experiencing a range of mental health diagnoses, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
\n
• Engage actively in team meetings, contributing to our positive workplace culture and promoting a collaborative approach to client care.

• Maintain a manageable caseload while balancing quality service delivery and administrative responsibilities.

• Stay informed of developments in the field of marriage and family therapy by attending relevant training sessions and workshops.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience delivering therapeutic services in an outpatient setting.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, allowing for constructive and effective therapy sessions and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

• Demonstrated ability to foster relationships built on trust, empathy, and professionalism with clients and colleagues alike.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
