Senior Oncology Account Manager, New Orleans

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Oncology Account Manager in New Orleans to promote its oncology product portfolio and build relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders. The role combines clinical expertise with business acumen to drive territory performance and ensure patient access to the company's RAS-targeted therapies.

Responsibilities

• Market and promote Revolution Medicines' oncology product portfolio across assigned territory
• Meet or exceed assigned performance targets by positioning product benefits for appropriate patient populations
• Build and sustain deep customer relationships with key accounts including practices and medical centers
• Analyze market data to inform business planning and implement strategies via call optimization
• Partner with internal stakeholders to remove barriers to patient access and care pathways

Requirements

• Proven oncology or pharmaceutical sales experience with strong territory management skills
• Deep knowledge of disease states, reimbursement processes, and oral oncolytic fulfillment pathways
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business plans using market data and call optimization
• Experience building relationships with private practices, hospital systems, and medical group stakeholders
• Competency in both virtual and in-person customer engagement and account communication
• Understanding of compliance, regulatory requirements, and ethical pharmaceutical promotion
