SUMMARY

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with 2–4 years of experience, including knowledge of accounts and invoicing. Candidates should be based near the office location.

Contract 90 Days with posible extension

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Filing and collecting invoices
    • Submitting invoices within the system
    • Accurately entering invoice data into the system
    •  

Requirement:

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Concur, or similar accounting software

Familiarity with Bill.com

Basic understanding of Excel
