Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish trustful and supportive relationships with students, parents, and school staff by fostering open communication and a non-judgmental environment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments including evidence-based screenings and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of students.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans by coordinating with teachers, parents, and other healthcare providers, ensuring each student's unique needs are met.

• Provide direct clinical services including individual and group therapy, crisis interventions, and follow-up care to students dealing with emotional disorders.

• Maintain detailed documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and client interactions in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

• Participate actively in school meetings, community outreach, and interdisciplinary teams to create a system of care that supports mental wellness among students.

• Engage in initiatives focused on quality improvement, offering recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative data.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

Our organization offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually.
