Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT license in the state
• Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably within a school setting
• Strong understanding of IEP implementation and documentation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to a caseload of 14 students as outlined in their IEPs
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized goals and treatment plans
• Maintain detailed documentation on student progress
• Work closely with teachers and other staff to integrate therapy strategies within the classroom
• Provide ongoing guidance to families and caregivers regarding student needs and progress
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to comprehensive student evaluations
