Senior Administrative Assistant II, US Region

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Administrative Assistant II to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Commercialization organization in Redwood City. The role manages complex logistics, travel coordination, meeting planning, and recruitment support across regional and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external meetings, teleconferences, logistics, and audiovisual setup
• Plan and arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, visas, hotels, and ground transportation
• Organize offsite meetings and conference attendance with registration, catering, and accommodations
• Support recruitment activities including candidate interview scheduling and new hire onboarding coordination
• Process expense reports and reconcile receipts for senior leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years of executive-level administrative experience
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
• Proficiency prioritizing and multitasking across competing demands
• Professional demeanor with positive, collaborative team approach
• Ability to work independently and think creatively beyond standard duties
