Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Provide therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a range of issues including communication difficulties, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, and adjustment to separation and divorce.

• Conduct initial assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans, integrating therapeutic approaches that cater to each family's unique situation.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans within our electronic health record (EHR) system.
\n
• Engage in ongoing communication with clients, offering support and guidance as they navigate their therapeutic journey.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse array of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents from various backgrounds. Your role will focus on providing therapy for issues such as:

Qualifications\n
