USAble Life is seeking a Senior HR Benefits & Leave Analyst to design, administer, and optimize our employee benefit and leave programs across the organization. You will partner with Payroll, Legal, HR, managers, employees, and vendors to ensure compliant, timely, and employee-focused service delivery.
The role requires 5+ years in benefits/leave administration, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with HRIS systems.
