Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to accurately gauge students' mental health needs, resources, and strengths to inform tailored intervention strategies.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care approaches.

• Collaborate with educators, school psychologists, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on student success and well-being.

• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback, ensuring that interventions remain effective and relevant.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans that prioritize student safety and mental health stability.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting experience and qualifications, plus potential sign-on bonuses.
