Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs and strengths of students, enabling tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions including individual therapy, family counseling, and group sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans with specific interventions and measurable goals, adapting as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops designed to empower students and their families with coping strategies and resilience-building tools.

• Work collaboratively with educational personnel, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning for at-risk students to ensure their immediate safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate client documentation, adhering strictly to ethical and legal standards in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clientele will include school-aged children and adolescents dealing with a spectrum of mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
