Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings of clients to evaluate their mental health challenges, using standardized tools and therapeutic techniques.

• Create individualized treatment plans based on clients’ specific concerns, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapeutic sessions, adapting interventions as needed to meet diverse client needs and goals.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure cohesive care and carry out multidisciplinary treatment strategies.
