Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employment Litigation and Counseling Attorney in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in employment litigation and counseling, with a strong interest in labor and employment law. This role offers significant client contact and the opportunity to manage cases independently. Responsibilities Handle employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination suits. Engage in wage and hour litigation and provide related counseling. Develop and implement employment policies and manuals. Advise on employee discipline and termination matters. Participate in class action and PAGA cases as needed. Requirements 1-4 years of experience in employment litigation and counseling. Familiarity with California civil procedure. Admission to the California Bar. Strong litigation and writing skills. Education J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the California Bar. Skills Proven litigation and writing skills. Ability to manage cases independently.
