\n \nJob Summary
\nPremiere Book Group seeks a detail-oriented, organized Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to manage day-to-day accounts payable operations in a fast-paced, multi-channel e-commerce environment.
\nReporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this position will process vendor invoices, coordinate payments, maintain accurate vendor records, and ensure timely, accurate financial transactions.
\nThe ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, experience working with accounting systems, and the ability to identify discrepancies, resolve payment issues, and improve accounts payable processes.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nAccounts Payable & Vendor Management
\n- \n
- Process, review, and accurately record vendor invoices in Stampli and NetSuite. \n
- Verify invoice details, payment terms, and appropriate expense coding. \n
- Support the priority list of weekly vendor payments. Flag invoices that need immediate attention. \n
- Maintain accurate vendor records, including W-9s, banking information, and payment terms. \n
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies. \n
- Manage consignment vendor settlements and payouts based on agreed terms and sales activity. \n
- Monitor outstanding payables and ensure timely payments. \n
Reconciliations & Process Management

- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies. \n
- Assist with month-end accounts payable closing activities. \n
- Maintain organized documentation of invoices, payments, and approvals. \n
- Work with internal departments to verify invoices and resolve billing questions. \n
- Identify opportunities to improve AP workflows, accuracy, and efficiency. \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- 2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience. \n
- Experience with accounting or ERP software; NetSuite experience strongly preferred . \n
- Experience with Stampli is a plus. \n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting practices. \n
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. \n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet payment deadlines. \n
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or inventory-driven businesses is a plus. \n
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills. \n
Work Environment
\n- \n
- Full-time, hybrid office position in Franklin, TN. In-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; work from home is an option on Wednesday and Friday. \n
- Candidates must be local to the Franklin area; relocation assistance is not available. Please do not apply if you are out of state. \n
- Reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer. \n

- Become familiar with Premiere Book Group's businesses, vendors, and payment workflows. \n
- Learn NetSuite and Stampli’s accounts payable functions and internal approval procedures. \n
- Assist with processing vendor invoices, maintaining records, and preparing payments. \n
By 60 Days: Take Ownership of Accounts Payable
\n- \n
- Independently process vendor invoices and manage weekly payment cycles. \n
- Maintain accurate vendor records and resolve routine payment discrepancies. \n
- Assist with vendor statement reconciliations and month-end AP reporting. \n
By 90 Days: Improve Accuracy & Efficiency
\n- \n
- Independently manage day-to-day AP responsibilities. \n
- Ensure timely, accurate payments and organized financial documentation. \n
- Identify opportunities to streamline invoice processing and payment workflows. \n
