Accounting Manager - ERP & Financial Operations Lead

Job Description Job Description Flex Films is hiring for an Accounting Manager. Reporting and Responsibilities Reporting to the CFO, the Accounting Manager to manage the accounting functions. The functions include Purchasing, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable. Additional Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Monthly Bank Reconciliation Payment processing weekly Recording of payroll entries on a timely basis - Petty cash management daily, cash flow (actual basis) monthly fund flow (projected) monthly, daily fund position report monthly, monthly MIS Monthly Stock reconciliation Other than MIS and Fund Flow, same repeating work in ERP daily. All entries reconciliation in ERP Review ERP on a regular basis and investigate discrepancies Ensure that collections from customers are updated on a daily basis. Preparation of daily bank reconciliation. Review of AP and AR reports and investigate old balances and discrepancies Ensure accounting and purchase coordinators are completing their respective work on a regular basis Calculating of bank interest and monthly posting of interest entries Ensure Daily fund collection reports are sent by EOD Weekly review of ERP reports and investigate old balances/errors in ERP Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting/Finance related field and/or 5 years experience in the accounting profession. Accuracy and attention to detail required. Working knowledge ERP, ADP, Oracle and Microsoft Office Working knowledge of Excel. Excellent organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
