Description – What You Will Do

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests—covering areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology—while adhering to established protocols.
• Ensure results are accurate by analyzing data, troubleshooting errors, and performing necessary maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as appropriate.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, provide training to new staff or students, and help maintain the highest standards of laboratory quality.
• Keep the working environment clean, safe, and compliant with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hire.
• Continuous maintenance of certification throughout your employment.
