Your Role - Responsibilities

• Examine results for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and conduct preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Document all processes meticulously, provide training to new personnel or interns, and help uphold lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment by following regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or possess an equivalent allied health degree along with readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire and maintain certification throughout your employment.
