Join a global leader in healthcare and diagnostics as a Biospecimen Coordinator ! In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in ensuring biological samples are received, tracked, documented, and delivered accurately throughout the testing process. What You'll Do

• Receive, open, and triage incoming biospecimen shipments.
• Accession samples and perform quality checks on demographic data.
• Communicate with clients regarding held or rejected samples.
• Label specimens and complete final quality control verification.
• Image stained pathology slides and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Coordinate domestic and international sample shipments while maintaining chain of custody.
• Monitor and manage the team inbox, ensuring requests are completed promptly.
• Support and lead process improvement initiatives within the BioSample Management team.
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with sample tracking or laboratory information systems is a plus.

Schedule & Pay

• Pay: $30.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.
