Lead Generation Specialist

Inbar Group Inc. is seeking a full time, in office Lead Generation Specialist to join our Washington, DC office. This position supports our business brokerage and M&A advisory team serving clients throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. This role focuses on professional follow up calls and emails with prospective buyers and business owners using qualified lead lists. It is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a professional phone presence, and an interest in business, sales, and M&A. Responsibilities include: Conduct professional follow up calls and emails with prospective buyers and business owners from qualified lead lists Schedule introductory conversations for the business brokerage team Maintain accurate CRM records and document interactions Build positive relationships through timely follow up Support ongoing buyer and seller outreach initiatives Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional and friendly phone presence Good organizational skills and attention to detail Confidence speaking with business owners and executives CRM or sales support experience is a plus $20.00 per hour plus bonus opportunities Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility Ongoing training and support from experienced Inbar Group professionals Opportunity to learn the business brokerage and M&A advisory process #J-18808-Ljbffr Inbar Group Inc.
