Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing Talent team and deliver a seamless candidate experience. This role will coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, maintain accurate ATS records, and partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process. Location: Marina Del Rey | Onsite (parking provided) | Mon-Fri: 8:30am-5:00pm Duration: Long Term Start: ASAP Ideal Candidate: Must have a sense of urgency Have a high-touch mindset Must be able to handle/juggle hiring manager calendar(s) 2-5 years of experience Must have no OOO dates Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule virtual and onsite interviews, managing calendars and interview logistics. Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the process. Maintain accurate candidate, pipeline, and job posting information within the ATS. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to prepare interviewers and support a smooth interview experience. Assist with onboarding logistics and coordinate with People Ops and hiring teams to support new hires. Help improve recruiting workflows, templates, processes, and reporting as the team continues to scale. Qualifications: 2–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, administrative support, or a similar fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience using ATS platforms, scheduling tools, and Google Workspace or similar systems. Ability to take initiative, manage competing priorities, and proactively identify and resolve issues. Previous experience supporting high-volume or technical recruiting is a plus. Experience with Ashby or Greenhouse preferred, along with an interest in technology and growing within Talent Acquisition.
