Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health to determine their emotional status, strengths, and areas of need.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that directly align with the unique therapeutic goals of each client.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices tailored for individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential records of all client interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support to clients facing acute emotional distress.
\n
• Collaborate transparently with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and team meetings to stay current with advances in mental health treatment.

• Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards as outlined by relevant licensing bodies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, and other mental health disorders. Your role will involve tailoring therapeutic approaches to address a variety of concerns, fostering resilience and empowering clients in their journey towards well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities to effectively address individual client needs.
