Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' unique mental health challenges, followed by the formulation of personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs.

• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic techniques proven to promote psychological well-being.

• Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and meticulously monitor their progress throughout the therapeutic process to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide flexible teletherapy services, accommodating clients who may prefer virtual sessions due to preference or accessibility issues.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to ensure compliance with ethical practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state-issued license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Two or more years of experience providing psychotherapy within a clinical setting.
