Director, Market Access Strategy New Products & Business Development (NP&BD)

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director of Market Access Strategy for New Products & Business Development in Horsham, PA. This role shapes commercial success of oncology pipeline compounds by integrating market access perspectives into early-stage decisions and collaborating across cross-functional teams to optimize payer coverage and patient access.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key member of U.S. Integrated Strategy Team advising on pipeline compounds through Phase 3 and label submission
• Generate insights and assess clinical, economic, and humanistic evidence to shape early value propositions
• Model pricing and contracting strategies to inform business planning and financial forecasts
• Support transition to Commercial Launch teams approximately 18-24 months pre-launch
• Advise on business development opportunities from market access perspective as they arise

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years combined biopharma experience across product lifecycle from discovery to launch
• Deep understanding of U.S. payer systems, reimbursement, pricing, contracting, and patient access services
• Data-driven analytical mindset with ability to model pricing and interpret market trends
• Experience leading diverse teams cross-functionally with minimum 2 years supervisory or people management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Preferred: 5+ years market access marketing or pricing experience in oncology
