WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

You'll be the voice of Action Garage Doors—supporting customers through phone, email, and chat while creating outstanding service experiences that keep them coming back. You’ll: * Deliver top-notch service with a positive, empathetic, and professional approach.

• Handle a high volume of calls with confidence and efficiency.
• Work across multiple channels (email, chat, phone) to solve problems and

provide updates. * Think on your feet, research solutions, and provide helpful, friendly responses.

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Recognize opportunities to recommend additional services that benefit the

customer.

• Work closely with technicians and team members to ensure seamless service.
• Learn our services inside and out—becoming a go-to expert.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

* 1+ year in a customer service role (bonus points if it's in home services or tech!)

• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a big plus (but not required—we’ll train

you!).

• A team player who’s excited about growth and making a real impact.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
