The Nursing Manager oversees nursing staff and operations within a healthcare facility, ensuring high-quality patient care, compliance with regulations, and efficient resource management. They lead nursing teams, coordinate care programs, and work closely with other healthcare professionals to maintain clinical standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily nursing operations and staff scheduling
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to deliver quality patient care
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Monitor patient care quality and outcomes
- Manage budgets and resources for nursing departments
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training opportunities
