This position will be located in Roy, UT and it will support the Sentinel – Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program.What You’ll Get To Do:Synthesizing customer contractual needs and requirements into element test solutions that acknowledge technical schedule and cost constraints.Develop and direct preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for segment testing.Coordinate integrated testing activities.Support development of the program Integrated Test Plan (ITP) for the Command Systems (CS) segment.Review and evaluate test requirements to ensure completeness of test program.Perform technical analysis of complete systems and prepare comprehensive system level evaluations.Overseeing supplier test activities in support or requirement verification and validation.Develop proof of concept test methodologies that support early risk reduction test execution to provide confidence in engineering solutions prior to verification and validation efforts.Basic QualificationsThis requisition may be filled at either the Principal Systems Test Engineer level (T-03) or Sr Principal Systems Test Engineer level (T-04).Principal Systems Test Engineer: 5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD. US Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.2+ years of demonstrated experience in developing test plans and procedures.Understanding of systems engineering principles and processes, requirements decomposition and allocation, design and analysis.Senior Principal Systems Test Engineer:8 Years with Bachelors in Science; 6 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.#SentinelintandtestPrimary Level Salary Range: $89,400.00 - $134,200.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $111,700.00 - $167,500.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
