The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for a tax-focused role involving tax preparation, Form 1040 review, client service, tax planning support, and collaboration with managers and firm leadership. This is not intended to be a career senior accountant position. We are looking for someone who wants to grow into a manager-level role and has a genuine interest in future ownership. The right candidate will take on increasing responsibility for client relationships, tax review, staff development, advisory work, and workflow leadership as part of that path.
