Location: Vernon, NJ Reporting to: Lift Operations Manager

About Mountain Creek:
Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants, and lodge.
How the Lift Operations Attendant works with the Team:
Lift Operations Attendant are the primary team members responsible for greeting and assisting guests as they utilize our lifts and seasonal lift attractions (All ski lifts and carpets, the Cabriolet, the Alpine Mountain Coaster and the Colorado Lift). Lift Operators aide and ensure the safety of guests and our equipment.
Team Member Responsibilities:
Complete opening/closing proceduresOperate lifts, loading/unloading, scanningMust bump chairs and shovel snow (in season)Train guests on proper use of lifts as well as best practices/techniquesGreet and interact with guestsRespond to guest inquiries regarding resort operationsAssist Supervisor with maintenance and SOP's of equipment and grounds as necessary
Team Member Qualifications:
Must be 18 or olderExcellent customer service skillsMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsMust be able to stand for long periods of timeMust be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditionsAbility to speak in front of large groups of peopleWill require walking/standing for long periods of timeProven ability to deal effectively with guests
