Hybrid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Position Type: Contract | Hybrid Schedule

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a school-based setting through a flexible hybrid schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who values a balance between on-site collaboration and remote service delivery while making a meaningful impact on student outcomes.

Position Highlights

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual candidates are highly preferred, though not required
• Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse student populations
