- We are hiring immediately for an on call FINANCE PROJECT ASSISTANT position.
- Location : Epicurean HQ - 111 Main Street, Los Altos, CA 94022. Note: online applications accepted only.
- Schedule : On call schedule. Days and hours may vary. Further details upon interview.
- Requirement : Previous experience preferred.
*Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available - Pay Rate :$50.00 per hour to $52.00 per hour.

Job Summary
Summary: Compiles and maintains accounts payable records. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Reviews invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
- Prints and obtains signatures on all accounts payable checks.
- Distributes signed checks as required.
- Prepares garnishment checks per reports from payroll.
- Acts as liaison between corporate and branch accounts payable departments.
- Answers vendor inquiries.
- Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files.
- Assists Corporate Financial Officers and branch personnel as necessary.
- Prepares cleared checks for storage.
- Assembles and processes overnight shipments to branches.
- Assists in monthly closings.
- Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
- Performs filing and coping.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
