As a Night Audit Supervisor, you're not just supervising overnight financial operations you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Oversee nightly audit: Supervise nightly auditing, posting, and balancing of financial transactions across departments
• Lead day-to-day team operations: Create team schedules, assign tasks, lead pre-shift meetings, and provide training, guidance, and in the moment feedback
• Post and reconcile transactions: Ensure timely posting of all revenues and reconciliation of the day's financial reports and credit card systems
• Monitor cashier accuracy: Review and verify cashier reports, correcting errors and ensuring alignment with system data
• Support overnight operations: Partner with the Night Manager to handle guest issues and assist in emergency situations as needed
