We’re currently seeking an experienced, full‑time Office Manager to join our growing team at our Chino location. We look for someone who shares our values and is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care while committing to ongoing learning and professional development. Responsibilities Manage patient care coordinators and front‑office duties. Oversee the demands of providing patient care duties while maintaining administrative and insurance‑related tasks. Communicate effectively with patients and peers, fostering excellent patient engagement skills. Coordinate with different departments to solve problems and make independent decisions. Ensure compliance with legal, medical, credentialing, and insurance regulations. Provide compassionate service to a wide variety of patients and promote their health outcomes. Qualifications Preferred experience in a healthcare front‑office or front‑office manager role. Proven financial planning, budgeting, and staff‑management skills. Strong motivation to innovate and improve patient care. Dependable, people‑oriented, adaptable, flexible, and detail‑oriented. Skill in delegating administrative tasks with a team‑based approach. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs with some bending and squatting to assist patients. Comfortable working with different age demographics and a wide variety of patients.
