Innova Solutions is partnering with a client that is actively seeking to hire an experienced Lead ServiceNow Engineer for an immediate opening.

Title: ServiceNow Engineer

Job Type: Full-Time/Contract on W2

Duration: 18+ Months

Locations: Charlotte NC / Irving, TX / Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

As a Lead ServiceNow Engineer, you will:

Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform Manage user access, groups, roles, and permissions Resolve Level 3 ServiceNow incidents Design and implement automation for access and group management through the ServiceNow Request Catalog Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver platform enhancements Ensure platform compliance, performance, and best practices The ideal candidate will have: Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Strong ServiceNow JavaScript development skills Experience with REST API integrations Hands-on experience managing users, groups, roles, and instance configuration Experience configuring tables, forms, lists, fields, and dictionary entries Experience reviewing ServiceNow code Experience managing stories in Jira Ability to troubleshoot platform issues and provide Level 3 support Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: Between $65- $69 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
