Strategic Growth Director, B2B Outside Sales

DivergeIT, based in the Los Angeles/Orange County market or Plano, TX, seeks a Director of Business Development (Outside Sales) to lead the BD function. This role carries an individual sales quota and team leadership, driving net-new B2B growth with strategic pipeline management. You will recruit and mentor BDMs, collaborate with Marketing and Service Delivery, and represent DivergeIT at regional events.
