$80,000 - $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Drive growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the mortgage industry.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key realtors and partners to enhance our market presence.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

• Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Experience in business development within the mortgage industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of market dynamics.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with realtors and industry partners.
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to drive strategic decision-making.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present business development updates to senior management.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to company growth.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools to track and manage leads.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support and transparency.
