Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized care by conducting thorough assessments and developing customized rehabilitation plans that address patients' specific needs.
• Provide direct therapy sessions to 1–2 patients per hour, employing innovative techniques and modalities to enhance mobility and alleviate discomfort.
• Adjust therapy strategies based on ongoing patient assessments and progress reports, ensuring a responsive treatment approach.
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans using WebPT, maintaining accurate records that contribute to interdisciplinary care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to optimize patient outcomes through effective multidisciplinary communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves a diverse population of patients seeking rehabilitation for orthopedic conditions, post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current California PT license or eligibility to obtain one within a specified timeframe.

• A proactive approach to rehabilitation, with the ability to engage and motivate patients throughout their recovery process.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on physical therapy experience, preferably in an outpatient or orthopedic setting.
• Familiarity with WebPT or similar electronic documentation systems is highly desirable.
• Previous involvement in developing community outreach programs or patient education initiatives is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, complemented by comprehensive benefits. Our offerings include:
