Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children with developmental delays or disabilities.

• Actively participate in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) processes, ensuring that the child's needs are prioritized.

• Collaborate closely with families and team members to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
\n
• Empower families by providing essential information, skills, and support aimed at enhancing child development.
\n
• Implement strategies grounded in Natural Learning Environment Practices and evidence-based methodologies to support children's growth.
\n
• Administer evaluations in compliance with all Federal and State regulations to ensure the highest quality of care and safety for the children served.

• Facilitate training and application of natural environment teaching techniques to help families engage effectively with their child's development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on serving vulnerable children aged 0-3 years who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. Your role will be pivotal in connecting with families who face diverse challenges, empowering them through education and active support that will ultimately enhance their children’s ability to achieve developmental milestones.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current Licensure by the Department of Public Health, specifically LCSW.
\n
• A valid driver's license to facilitate any necessary travel for client-related activities.
