Adult Nutrition Acute Care Sales Representative - Richmond, VA

Abbott seeks an Acute Care Sales Representative in Richmond, VA to drive sales of nutritional products including Ensure, Glucerna, and Juven across hospital accounts, wound clinics, and outpatient facilities. The role involves managing key stakeholder relationships and communicating clinical benefits to healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full account ownership for acute care hospitals, wound clinics, and podiatry offices
  • Execute strategic sales initiatives to exceed established sales targets
  • Collaborate with District Manager and cross-functional teams on account planning
  • Present clinical and economic benefits of nutrition products to healthcare professionals
  • Optimize resource utilization and prioritize high-impact activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3+ years sales or clinical experience
  • Hospital-based healthcare professional selling experience
  • Clinical or healthcare background (RN/RD preferred)
  • Strong business acumen in healthcare landscape
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities

Compensation: $61,300–$122,700 base
