Our scheduling promotes work-life balance, with typical shifts running from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing our staff to maintain a fulfilling personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and limitations, using various assessment tools.
• Establish personalized treatment plans that outline therapy goals and interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Implement therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, exercise regimens, and modality applications while continuously monitoring and documenting patient progress.
• Regularly reassess treatment efficacy and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide education and training for patients and their families on exercises and lifestyle adaptations that support recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create an integrated care plan.
• Stay current with industry best practices through continuing education and participation in professional seminars.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits
