Work Environment

As a Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will primarily work onsite in our modern clinic facility. This role includes home care visits, allowing you to conduct evaluations and treatments in the comfort of your patients' homes. Our clinic promotes a collaborative atmosphere where healthcare providers can work together to devise innovative treatment strategies. The standard work schedule consists of 40 hours per week, including variable weekends as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients by conducting thorough examinations and assessments to establish functional capabilities and movement limitations.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet the individual needs of each patient, focusing on orthopedic conditions.
• Provide ongoing consultation and communication with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to support each patient's continuum of care.
• Collaborate with patients and their families in creating personalized discharge plans, ensuring smooth transitions and ongoing recovery support.
• Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with professional standards, including evaluation findings, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Maintain productive and respectful interactions with patients of diverse backgrounds, ensuring compliance with our exemplary customer service standards.
• Participate in community outreach programs and engage in continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives to enhance clinic services.
• Educate and mentor physical therapy students, as well as support staff, sharing knowledge and treatment skills to enhance team capabilities.
• Manage departmental resources effectively to maximize efficiency while maintaining high standards of patient care.
• Stay current with ongoing education, attending in-services and professional development programs to enhance clinical competence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will predominantly involve working with adult patients suffering from a variety of orthopedic conditions, including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy and BLS certification are mandatory.

• Proficiency in word processing and electronic documentation systems.
• Ability to advocate for patient-centered care and demonstrate cultural sensitivity.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, particularly in orthopedic settings, is preferred.
• Experience with home health care delivery models is an added advantage.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or educational initiatives would be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

This Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
