Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Evaluating patients and conducting thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Implementing evidence-based treatment protocols to address various conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related injuries.
• Providing skilled therapeutic services to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional performance.
• Documenting patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet therapeutic goals.
• Educating patients and their families about their conditions, care plans, and injury prevention strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements in line with patient care standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, ranging from pediatric to geriatric clients, each presenting unique challenges and needs. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
