Work Environment

The role of the Physical Therapist is onsite within our outpatient office. Our work setting is designed to support a hands-on, dynamic approach to therapy that allows for personal interaction with patients. The clinic operates from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, and offers a supportive and well-equipped environment that prioritizes not only patient care but also employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical abilities and limitations to create personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain an individual patient load of one person per hour to ensure focused and dedicated care.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
• Incorporate cost-effective strategies within treatment protocols to boost mobility and reduce pain.
• Encourage non-surgical interventions wherever applicable, minimizing reliance on medications.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
