Partner, Value, Access & Pricing (, MA, United States)

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a talented, hardworking, committed, and intellectually curious Partner to support Trinity's Evidence, Value, Access, and Pricing (EVAP) function. The Partner will lead multiple project teams, designing and implementing strategies to help clients maintain strong growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate new business opportunities by identifying follow‑on work and new prospects to expand EVAP's global footprint within value, access, and pricing.
• Field RFPs and develop proposals primarily on global pricing, market access, and value strategy opportunities.
• Serve as the main client point of contact for EVAP project engagements and lead the internal team.
• Ensure project outputs include strategically sound and actionable recommendations addressing value, access, and pricing client business questions.
• Support team members as a workstream lead, coordinating and guiding junior staff while communicating effectively with project managers.
• Deliver client‑ready materials, including research, interim deliverables, and final project reports.
• Mobilize EVAP’s capabilities to extend to current clients and their relevant counterparts across related functional groups.
• Bring in potential new client opportunities through previous work experience, connections, and network.
• Provide thought leadership in evidence strategy, value, market access, and pricing at external conferences and internal forums.
• Train and mentor junior staff on project teams, internal training, and through formal or informal mentorship.
• Support the internal growth of the EVAP function by participating in initiatives focused on consulting professional development, training, and resources.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement; major in health sciences, economics, HEOR, or related fields with demonstrated interest in life sciences.
• Work Experience: 10+ years as a top performer within a top‑tier biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical strategy consulting firm serving industry‑leading clients.
• Other Skills: Demonstrated record of success in business development activities for global pricing services; working knowledge of advanced consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques; excellent analytical skills and numeric capability.

Salary & Benefits

Base salary starting at a minimum estimate of $290,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus. Other benefits are available as part of Trinity's comprehensive compensation package.
