Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting individual and couple therapy sessions, addressing a range of issues that affect family dynamics.

• Specializing in critical issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, psychological and physical abuse, job stress, and family conflicts.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of each client, including blended family issues, separation and divorce adjustment, and communication difficulties.

• Developing individualized treatment plans and monitoring progress towards therapeutic goals.
