Digital Marketing Manager

Our client is a boutique NYC and Miami-based law firm. They are seeking a Practice Group Marketing Manager to support the execution of strategic marketing and business development initiatives. This individual will play a key role in enhancing the firm’s brand presence, supporting attorney visibility, and driving client engagement across multiple practice areas. MUST BE LOCAL TO NYC METRO WITH ABILITY TO WORK VIRTUALLY AND GO TO THE OFFICE 1 TIME PER MONT Key Responsibilities esSupport the development and execution of firmwide marketing and business development strategi esAssist in drafting and editing marketing materials, including pitch decks, client alerts, website content, and attorney biographi esManage and update website content through CMS platforms and assist with SEO optimization effor tsWork with attorneys to prepare RFP responses, proposals, & client presentatio nsPlan and execute firm-sponsored events, webinars, and client-facing initiativ esSupport social media and digital marketing efforts, including content scheduling and performance tracking (e.g., LinkedI n)Track marketing analytics and prepare reports on campaign performance and R OIMaintain marketing databases, contact lists, and CRM syste msMonitor industry trends, competitor activity & emerging opportunities for growt Qualifications nsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fie ld3-10 years of marketing or business development experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environme ntStrong writing, editing, and communication skills with close attention to deta ilProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchim p)Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environme ntProfessional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with attorneys and senior stakeholde Preferred Skills lsExperience with legal directory submissions and awards process esFamiliarity with website CMS platforms and basic HT MLKnowledge of SEO/SEM and digital marketing analytics too lsPrior exposure to event planning or client engagement initiativ Compensation onCompetitive base salary (typically $85,000 - $100,000, depending on experienc #J-18808-Ljbffr
